If you need a shared email account (e.g. for departmental use), PDM IT can help. Please provide the following information when requesting a new shared email account:
- What is the business need for the shared account?
- Which users will need access? Please provide a list of Pennkeys.
- Which should appear as the sender's display name: the person sending on behalf of the organization, or just the organization? (Think "PDM Support on behalf of Evans, Thomas" versus simply "PDM Support.")
- Will the shared account use the associated Outlook calendar?
For access to an existing shared account, the new user's supervisor should submit a request to PDM IT.
