If a procedure code has been set to complete on the incorrect date, users can edit that date as long as the code is under their provider ID. This applies to treatments in any status (Planned, In process, or Completed).
Edit Procedure Code Date
- Select the patient.
- Click EHR.
- Click "Tx History" tab.
- Select the applicable view: Planned, In process, or Completed.
- Double-click on the code you wish to edit. The "Edit Treatment" window opens.
- Change the date and click OK.
- If your user level requires approval, the edited code will need to be re-approved by faculty.
