If you access multiple mailboxes at PDM, they show up in the desktop version of Outlook. However, if you need to access the mailboxes while working remotely, you can add them to the browser-based version of Outlook.
- Log into outlook.office.com.
- Right-click "Folders" on the left side.
3. Click "add shared folder".
4. Type in the mailbox name.
5. Then click "add."
