Getting Started with the Rhinogram Phone Application

Note: To use the Rhinogram phone application, users need to first access Rhinogram through axiUm. Doing this will “create” the user in Rhinogram. Users will not be able to use the phone application until they have accessed Rhinogram at least once through axiUm.

To set up the Rhinogram phone application, users must do the following:

1. Go to the app store (iPhone/Android) and search Rhinogram, then download.
2. Open the application, then click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter your Penn email address, then click “Get New Password.”
4. Check your email for further instructions to create a password. This password is for the mobile app only; we recommend using your same Pennkey password.

Initiating New Conversations

Please note that users will only be able to view conversations in the app that are currently open and assigned to them. To initiate a new conversation, users will need to do so from axiUm: RG Messenger.
