Rhinogram App: Not Receiving Email When Clicking "Forgot Password"

When using the Rhinogram phone application, users need to first access Rhinogram through axiUm. Doing this will “create” the user in Rhinogram. Users will not be able to use the phone application until they have accessed Rhinogram at least once through axiUm.

Users who attempt to use the Rhinogram phone application without first accessing Rhinogram through axiUm will not receive an email when clicking “Forgot Password” to log in for the first time.

Who can resolve this problem? Only the user can resolve this problem.
