Managers can keep track of conversations that providers have open with their patients, and help close them in a timely manner using the Analytics Dashboard Conversation Activity page. This page is available via the graph Icon on the left navigation bar.
Instructions
- Open Rhinogram by clicking RG Home.
- Click the Analytics Dashboard icon, then click on Conversation Activity.
Filter by Assignment and then by Tags to view conversations assigned to a specific group of students/residents. (Tip: only select one tag at a time.)
- Users can also filter by Time Open and Last Message. (Tip: use the Last Message date filter to pull only conversations that are older than a certain date.)
After filtering, sort the conversations by Last Message using the arrows next to the column.
Select the conversations you wish to close using the checkboxes (or selecting all at the top of the list). Click Select an Action, then Close Conversations.
Users can also bulk assign conversations using this tool.
