Two-Step Verification: Configuring a Replacement Phone

For initial Two-Step Verification setup, consult Two-Step Verification: Enrollment Instructions.

If you use Two-Step Verification with the Duo Mobile app and recently replaced your mobile phone, you must configure the replacement phone for Two-Step Verification. You cannot recover the previous Duo Mobile profile from a mobile phone backup.
