Rhinogram: no channel error

Sometimes when a user attempts to message a patient in Rhinogram, they will get a “no channel” error that will prevent the user from sending messages. To resolve this just click on F5 on your keyboard. That will reload the page and should connect the correct channel to enable messaging again. (Below is the error that appears.)

Who can resolve this problem? All Rhinogram users can resolve this issue.
